# Introduction

> Your AI email assistant for Gmail and Outlook

Inbox Zero organizes your inbox, drafts replies in your voice, and helps you reach inbox zero fast. It works with both Gmail and Outlook.

Emails that need an answer are labeled To Reply, with a draft reply waiting in your drafts folder. Everything else is sorted by category, and noisy categories like marketing and cold email are archived out of the way. These defaults come as a smart set of rules you tune during onboarding.

From there, you tell your assistant how to handle your email in plain English, and it takes care of the rest.

Clearing a backlog? Bulk Unsubscribe and Bulk Archive help you unsubscribe from noisy senders and clean up years of old email in minutes.

Inbox Zero also goes beyond the inbox: chat with your assistant from Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Telegram, draft scheduling replies from your real calendar availability, and more.

All of this runs quietly in the background of your existing inbox. You keep reading and sending email in Gmail or Outlook exactly as you do today, just with far less of it to deal with.
