# Analytics

> Understand email volume, response time, and assistant activity.

Analytics shows you where your email time goes: who emails you most, how quickly you reply, and how much mail your assistant is handling for you.

Open **Analytics** under Cleanup in the left sidebar, or visit [Analytics](https://www.getinboxzero.com/stats).

## Available Metrics

* **Email volume**: The main chart has **Received**, **Sent**, **Read**, and **Archived** tabs. **Read** compares read and unread email, and **Archived** compares archived email with email still in your inbox.
* **Top senders and recipients**: The **Received** card lists your top senders, with **Email address** and **Domain** tabs. The **Sent** card lists the people you email most. Choose **View more** to see the full list.
* **Response time**: **Median Response**, **Average Response**, and **Within 1 Hour** show how quickly you reply, with a distribution and a weekly trend.
* **Assistant activity**: **Assistant processed emails** shows how many emails each rule handled. Account owners also see a second chart with how many emails they've archived and deleted with Inbox Zero.

## Filter and Group Results

Use the date picker to select a preset or custom range. Use **Group by** to display results by day, week, month, or year.

## Load More History

Click **Load more** to import an older batch of email history and refresh the analytics. Repeat this if you want to analyze more of the account's history.
